I've been in the fitness industry for 12 years, and am motivated to understand the body and mind, developing human movement, changing shape, injury prevention and honing physique. There's a few qualifications under my belt including Level 3 PT, Golf Biomechanics, Kettlebells, Advanced Rowing, Adolescent Training, Powerplate, Nutrition and Weight Management - It's true that I've studied hard and I'm a people-person through and through- the combination sees results and performance improvement.
